At Vital Vibes Care, we strive to provide high-quality care and services for seniors. We understand that situations may arise where adjustments or cancellations are necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on payments for our services.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Clients may cancel services with 24 hours advance notice to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds apply to prepaid services that have not yet been rendered.
- If services have already been provided, refunds will not be issued for completed care sessions.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
- Emergency or last-minute service requests.
- Customized care plans that involve non-recoverable costs.
- Administrative or consultation fees.
3. Partial Refunds & Adjustments
- If a client cancels part of their service plan, a partial refund may be issued based on unused care hours or scheduled services.
- If a client experiences unforeseen circumstances (such as hospitalization), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Processing & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
- Clients will receive email confirmation when their refund has been issued.
